Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Please take care when trying on clothing. Returned items should be:

Unworn and unused
In their original condition, with no marks, stains, odours, makeup, perfume or other signs of wear
Returned with original tags attached, where applicable
In their original packaging where reasonably possible

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as full-price items unless we’ve said otherwise at the time of purchase.

To start a return, email hello@bigbeansapparel.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and the reason for the return. We’ll then send you the return instructions and address.

Please don’t send anything back before contacting us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

If you have ordered a t-shirt from our Imperfect Prints collection, please remember that the prints are not of the highest quality.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process any approved refund to your original payment method.

We can offer size exchanges only. Please contact us for information on where to return your item. Once we receive it, we can arrange your size exchange.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email hello@bigbeansapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs.
